Trying to order a boat
I was trying to order the rc catamaran px-16 boat and couldn't get nowhere because that's my favorite boat from there when I did it last time I didn't have no problem doing it.i tried maybe about like six time and couldn't get through.i was wondering could u help me to order it so I can have something to do on the weekend.

No customer service
Purchased a ride on RC car for grandsons. Six months later it just quit.
Still under warranty. Tried to contact company over and over. Voice message basically said they would answer calls if they felt like it. Finally received an email telling us fix it yourself.
Have not responded to us concerning warranty.
Very unhappy with decision to purchase from this company and want to warn others. Hopefully will find something to replace toy from a company with integrity and perhaps American made.

Tried and tried and tried to resolve my issue with the mommy and me Jeep I bought for my grandson
Besides customer service being very very rude they sent me latches to hold the hood which the latches do the same thing it does not hold the hood the radio I cannot switch it from Chinese music to American music the tires are not rubber and I got phone calls from their employees working out of their home because of the cronavires they were very vile in rude to me and this guy was talking about his private parts and I asked a girl to please have him stop I'm a 66 yr old woman and do not need to here this.Then another guy called me at 11:00 p.m. told him to late to talk about the jeep to call tomarrow.
And I hung up. He called me right back and said no one hangs up on me *** I hung up the phone. And to make matters worse the jeep stops and will not run for 2 mins at a time.
Got new fuse and does the same thing. I will be calling my bank..

I called with questions and complaints about the mommy and me Jeep I bought for my grandson to get the parts and what I need for the radio and then last night at 9:30 and again at 11:17 p.m. I get this call with a lot of profanity and insults towards me from You're response team I have their name and number. And I was also called a ***

Do not buy the Jeep if you think it's for biiger kids
We purchased the jeep from trend times and one of the first questions that I asked was this going to be bigger for my 8 and 9 year old that are outgrowing their John Deer and I was told yes but they are pretty much identical in size expect for speed and about $300 dollars more in cost there is really no difference. I have to say that I am disappointed.
When I called in to complain I was told that there was nothing that they could do, however they would sell me their Porsche that was bigger in size for their wholesale price when I asked about the the credit on the jeep they told me you have to sell that on your own. Not happy beware before purchasing.

NIGHTMARE
I ordered a Jeep for my grandson and received the wrong item. Tried calling multiple times and they insisted it was correct.
Was not even close.
Customer service was impossible to deal with and I finally give up. Now the thing doesn't even work and I'm out a lot of money with no warranty .This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and they don't care at all !

My son had bought his daughter a Mercedes two seat car. after two months car no longer runs.
This car cost 500.00 We have called this company endless times nothing. They say will call you back they don't.
Say away from this place. Today will are filing a complaint with the BBB office.

I PURCHASE A MAGIC JEEP,TOOK 6 WEEKS TO GET ,I STARTED HAVING A PROBLEM WITH IT AFTER 6 MONTHS WITH IT STOPPING AFTER A FEW MINUTES.I CALLED TREND TIME AND AFTER MANY MANY PHONE CALLS,TEXTS,AND TEST THAT THEY MADE ME DO ,THEY FINALLY TOLD ME THAT MY BATTERY WAS BAD.I THOUGH I HAD A ONE YEAR WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER BUT ITS NOT TRUE.(FALSE ADVERTISMENT )I NEVER RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK FROM THEM.VERY BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH ,I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

RUDE, IGNORANT PEOPLE
After over a month, our package finally arrived! All pieces seem to be there, still assembling.
But the tires that were suppose to be real rubber tires as advertised are not, but I can deal with that.
I really hope it was worth all the agony. Still will not be dealing with this company ever again.
They were rude, kept cutting me off, told me to "just listen". After several rude phone calls and emails later, they told me they could not ship to Canada as the courier wouldn't pick it up. I told them their website says worldwide shipping and when speaking to agents before placing the order all said they've shipped hundreds of products across the boarder. They tried to get me to drive to the boarder and pick it up, when I said that wasn't an option they emailed back saying they were in contact with FedEx and that they made arrangements with them to deliver it.
When I asked for a tracking number they said they don't provide one because people alter the destination.. The person was very rude after I asked him when it was going to arrive and said "just so you know, we will not be shipping product to Canada after this" I replied with "that's fine I will not be dealing with this company once I receive my item" He was very mad at this comment and said that it was costing them more to send it to me than what I paid for shipping, I said that's not my issue as I didn't select the shipping rate. By the end of it he hung up on me, then called me back saying the order had been cancelled because of the way I was talking to him. He then proceeded to say that Canadians think we're privileged and they were doing me a favour by shipping to Canada because they never did before, although the website states "We have been shipping toys to Canada for over 10 years.."
After reading many terrible reviews, I called FedEx and they told me there was never any correspondence between Trend Times and them as far as delivering any product to my address.
That was all I needed to cancel my order with them (officially).
I emailed to cancel and asked for a full refund to my credit card. I have yet to get a response..

SCAM - Worst company to buy and deal with
I had the worst experience buying and dealing with this company. I ordered a car for my son beggining of December and two weeks later I received a text message from the company saying they cannot deliver the car by Christmas.
I immediately call them and was on the phone holding for 21/2 hours not exagerating I can attached a picture of the phone showing the amount of time spent on the phone call. Anyways they told me I could change cars and that they will guarantee Ill have it for Christmas the guy checked with the warehouse and confirmed it was available and he was gonna send an email with tracking confirmation within 24hr. A day went by and never received an email from Trend Times Toys. I called them back and the car they told me it was available and they promised it was going to be delivered by Christmas they didn't have it in stock.
They wanted me to change cars again. At this point 10 days away from Christmas I'm pissed. I don't see my son with a car, this company keeps offering and promising things but nothing is happening. I ended up canceling the order.
Hopefully they'll deposit the money back to my account which is over $600. Best recommendation I can give you, deal with a real company, someone who can deliver and know what they have and can give you the peace of mind that what you are buying will arrive when they say they will.
I encourage to not buy from these people if you don't want to go through the worst nightmare of your life. Now I don't have the one thing my son asked for Christmas and time wise is gonna be hard ordering from any company and get it in less than a week
I have had my car for my granddaughter for two years. It would never hold power. I have tried to contact them, but have had no success.

Having the same problems with a 2 passenger jeep for my granddaughter. Came with forward reverse switch broke.
Have been working to get corrected since 12/10/2019 with 2 tickets numbers supposedly used to track item. Still no switch and this is 02/01/2020. Does not have sufficient power to climb slight grassy grades. Customer service, when you can reach them, is non-existent.
Don't understand why they have not been shut down by the state attorney general in AZ or CA. I have files with my state AG but the letters are returned as no address.
I have been getting the addresses from BBB because none are listed on any Trend TImes Toys site. This is a scam outfit.
That is exactly what happened to me. it is all a lie
