After over a month, our package finally arrived! All pieces seem to be there, still assembling.

But the tires that were suppose to be real rubber tires as advertised are not, but I can deal with that.

I really hope it was worth all the agony. Still will not be dealing with this company ever again.

I placed my order on the 5th of the month and after 11 days of not receiving anything but a confirmation email that my order had been placed, I started to try and contact the company via phone and email, with answering machines and auto-generated emails in response. I was just calling to check the status on my order as it said on the website 5-10 business days for delivery.

They were rude, kept cutting me off, told me to "just listen". After several rude phone calls and emails later, they told me they could not ship to Canada as the courier wouldn't pick it up. I told them their website says worldwide shipping and when speaking to agents before placing the order all said they've shipped hundreds of products across the boarder. They tried to get me to drive to the boarder and pick it up, when I said that wasn't an option they emailed back saying they were in contact with FedEx and that they made arrangements with them to deliver it.

When I asked for a tracking number they said they don't provide one because people alter the destination.. The person was very rude after I asked him when it was going to arrive and said "just so you know, we will not be shipping product to Canada after this" I replied with "that's fine I will not be dealing with this company once I receive my item" He was very mad at this comment and said that it was costing them more to send it to me than what I paid for shipping, I said that's not my issue as I didn't select the shipping rate. By the end of it he hung up on me, then called me back saying the order had been cancelled because of the way I was talking to him. He then proceeded to say that Canadians think we're privileged and they were doing me a favour by shipping to Canada because they never did before, although the website states "We have been shipping toys to Canada for over 10 years.."

After reading many terrible reviews, I called FedEx and they told me there was never any correspondence between Trend Times and them as far as delivering any product to my address.

That was all I needed to cancel my order with them (officially).

I emailed to cancel and asked for a full refund to my credit card. I have yet to get a response..

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $950.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Trend Times Toys Pros: Product i was suppose to receive.

Trend Times Toys Cons: Anything about my experience with this company, How the spoke to their customers, Being cut off while trying to ask questions.
