We ordered 2 products (toy robots) from Trendtimes.The package arrived quickly but neither product was the one we ordered.

We called the customer service and were hung up several times (before we had the chance to get upset). They informed us via email that we'd have to pay return shipping and then pay a 25% restocking fee. When we finally spoke with the manager (Alex) he cussed and yelled without instigation. We filed a claim against them with our bank (at least that way we don't pay the restocking fee).

This company should not be in business!

They are crooked and should be closed down.I complained to the Phoenix BBB and everyone else should until they are no longer doing business.

Monetary Loss: $76.
